HISTORY

It all started one day in Haldwani, District Nainital, during the 1960s. Late S. Attar Singh Chawla was trying to improve one of his favourite recipes at his restaurants in his free time. He ended up creating a dish that would become an all-time great. Chawlas² CREAM CHICKEN was born, destined to live forever.

It is served with bread and mint chutney. Many people get it packed to take home and enjoy with family. The exotic flavours of Chawla’s cuisine have been tantalising the Indian palate for several generations. It is quite different in colour and taste as the ingredients used differ from the routine ones. Red chillies and vegetable oils are not used. It is cooked in milk and cream and delicately flavoured with black pepper and green cardamom. That’s why it is very light on the stomach, tasty and easy to digest.
